Blueprint-CTE provides curriculum planning, instructional support, and related digital tools for educators and schools. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activity under your account.

3. Subscription and Payment

Some features may require payment or a subscription. Fees, billing terms, and renewal terms will be presented at the time of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. User Content

You may enter, upload, or generate content within the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload or use. You keep ownership of your content, but you grant us a limited license to host, store, process, reproduce, and display it only as necessary to operate and improve the service.

5. Intellectual Property

Blueprint-CTE, including its branding, design, software, text, graphics, workflows, and related content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Trademark protects brand names and logos, while copyright protects original works of authorship. You may not copy, distribute, reverse engineer, modify, sell, or exploit any part of the service except as permitted in writing.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: • Misuse the service • Interfere with security or functionality • Access data that is not yours • Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content • Use the service to violate school, district, or privacy laws

7. AI-Generated Content

Some features may generate draft lesson materials, planning suggestions, or other outputs. These are provided as tools to support educators. Users are responsible for reviewing and approving all final content before classroom or professional use.

8. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if a user violates these Terms or misuses the service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
