This Intellectual Property and Proprietary Rights Notice applies to Blueprint-CTE, its website, app, content, workflows, materials, and related business assets.
Blueprint-CTE, including but not limited to its name, branding, logos, design elements, software structure, platform features, user experience, written content, instructional frameworks, workflows, graphics, layouts, page designs, curriculum structures, generated templates, and related materials, is proprietary and owned by Steven Bross and/or the applicable legal entity. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
The content and materials associated with Blueprint-CTE may include proprietary, confidential, copyrighted, trademarked, or otherwise legally protected materials, including but not limited to: • Software code and app structure • Feature architecture and workflow design • Written instructional content • Lesson planning systems and block structures • Teacher and student material formats • Graphics, icons, layouts, and visual branding • Product names, slogans, and marketing language • Business methods, internal frameworks, and non-public development materials
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use Blueprint-CTE solely for lawful educational, professional, or authorized business purposes in accordance with the platform's Terms of Use. No user obtains any ownership interest in the platform or its proprietary materials by using the service.
Unless expressly authorized in writing, no person or entity may: • Copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute platform materials • Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from the platform • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source logic from the platform • Remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices • Use Blueprint-CTE branding, language, or materials in a manner likely to confuse, mislead, or compete unfairly • Exploit proprietary content, workflows, or business materials for commercial gain without permission
Users retain ownership of content they independently create and upload to the platform, subject to any rights necessary for Blueprint-CTE to host, process, display, and operate the service. By using the platform, users grant Blueprint-CTE a limited license to use uploaded or submitted content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service.
Certain internal processes, product structures, workflows, system logic, and development methods used in connection with Blueprint-CTE may constitute confidential and proprietary business information. Users, testers, contractors, collaborators, and other parties given access to non-public aspects of the platform or business agree not to disclose, misuse, copy, or exploit such information without prior written permission.
Blueprint-CTE reserves the right to investigate and pursue any unauthorized use, copying, imitation, misappropriation, or infringement of its intellectual property, proprietary materials, confidential information, or business assets to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Failure to enforce any intellectual property or proprietary right at any time shall not be deemed a waiver of that right.
